To deliver highest standards of operations and maintenance to the portfolio, while working strategically on financial goals, managing service contracts, meeting legal requirements and enforcing health and safety standards.What your day-to-day will look like:Interface and collaborate daily with major occupancy buildings for a major banking client developing a strong working relationship and collaborating on all strategic initiatives and tactical facility management matters.Ensuring client satisfaction with the delivery of facility management services by providing a seamless interface to the client’s real estate organization; demonstrating leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.Track actual operating expenses against plan, while providing written analysis on spend in conjunction with ability to implement cost savings ensuring a positive customer experience.Execution of small capital replacement projects for Office sites. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, development of specifications and scopes of work, bid solicitation, design & construction, expense control, detailed work coordination, defect correction, and financial closing.Excellent planning and coordination skills among various parties, responding to requests and delivering results within tight schedules.Coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the value of the client’s assets. Inspect the properties periodically in conjunction with established standard frequency to determine condition and extent of service required. Actively manage emergency service requests, as required.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:Operations and Maintenance – Must understand office banking operations along with basic knowledge in requirements for managing the day-to-day building equipment.Client Relations – A prominent level of interpersonal skill requiring the ability to prepare documentation specific to building operations while presenting to Senior Leadership and/or client.Financial Management – Must have basic knowledge of maintaining and planning building financials not limited to: day-to-day operating expenses, monthly financial reporting, operational and capital budget planning, present cost reduction opportunities without impact to client.Project Management – Ability to scope, implement and manage small projects from start to finish while ensuring appropriate communications are developed and project is completed on time and under budget.Best Practices – Understand the day-to-day operations while bringing best practices that enhance the customer experience, drive repeatable and scalable performance and the ability to reducing operating costs.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in either in the corporate real estate environment, or as a third-party facilities management service provider.Ability to read, analyse, and interpret legal documents, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to produce well-written reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions one-on-one and from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to analyse, interpret and explain financial statements and calculate dollar and percentage variances.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to see and understand the impact of past and current actions and or results on future actions and or opportunities. Methodical thinker with strong implementation orientation.Estimated total compensation range for this position is:

100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year.Location:
