We’re a team of collectors, enthusiasts, and technologists disrupting the $20B secondary watch market.Bezel is looking for an authentication specialist interested in combining their passion for watches with a full-time career at Bezel Authentication. You will be hands-on every day with your favorite watches, as well as involved in shaping the authentication workflow at the company. You will work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment to innovate in the luxury watch industry.Authentication and user trust is at the core of Bezel's mission. Bezel’s Watch Operations Team is responsible for managing a distribution network built to authenticate watches, fulfill orders, and ensure on-time delivery to buyers. You will join the most trusted marketplace in the industry and ensure that our reputation scales alongside the demand for our services.As an Authentication Specialist, you must be able to verify the authenticity of watches across multiple major brands. You must be aware and up to date with industry trends, releases, discontinuations, and collaborations from the world’s most well-known brands. You will ultimately be ensuring that each and every buyer has the retail experience they’ve come to expect.The role will report directly to our Head of Watch Operations and be based out of our LA office.What You'll Do:

Drive the watch verification processAuthenticate watches before they get to the buyerDocument the authentication process and build out the Bezel authentication flowWork with a cross functional team to build out new authentication featuresManage active inventory according to brand, category, reference number, and unique IDConstantly stay up to date with industry trends, new model releases, discontinuations, and watch newsComplete and sign each authentication report completed before sending to the buyerYou Should Apply If:

At least 2+ years cataloguing, studying, authenticating, making or selling luxury watchesPassionate about watches and hands on knowledge of all notable brandsAbility to work in a fast moving, dynamic business with increasing levels of responsibilityHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailAble to work independently and learn quickly
