We’re a team of collectors, enthusiasts, and technologists disrupting the $26B secondary watch market.Bezel is looking for a Client Advisor interested in combining their passion for watches with a full-time career. You will be working directly with clients on all different transactions and involved in shaping the customer success workflow at the company. You will work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment to innovate in the luxury watch industry.A seamless, first-class customer experience is at the core of Bezel's mission. Bezel’s Watch Operations Team is built to authenticate watches, fulfill orders, and ensure on-time delivery to buyers. You will join the most trusted marketplace in the industry and ensure that our reputation scales alongside the demand for our services.As a Client Advisor, you are on the front lines of client interaction and the face of the company. You must be willing to spend the time learning anything and everything about watch models produced by the world’s most well-known brands. You will ultimately be ensuring that each and every buyer has the retail experience they’ve come to expect and is interacting with a watch expert.The role will report directly to the Concierge Manager and be based out of our LA office.Key Responsibilities:Engage and manage client interactions at every step of the customer journey in a timely mannerFacilitate and assist in all client needs on the platform including, but not limited to, purchases, sales, offers, trade-ins, returns, repairs, consignments and auctionsWork with a cross functional team to build out the Customer Success infrastructureAssist other Watch Operations tasks as neededQualifications:At least 2+ years in sales, customer service or concierge experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast moving, dynamic business environment with increasing levels of responsibilityWillingness to help out with tasks outside the job description that may be required at a fast-growing startupExperience using Google SuiteKnowledge and passion for luxury watches, a plusExperience using Intercom and/or Linear, a plus
