Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Financial Sustainability Analyst. The Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) is responsible for implementing the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) - the U.S. Government initiative launched in 2003 focused on saving and improving the lives of those suffering from HIV/AIDS around the world. PEPFAR supported programs are implemented in these countries under the leadership of the Department of State and through a multitude of U.S. Government agencies, including U.S. Departments of State, Health and Human Services, Defense; the U.S. Agency for International Development; and the Peace Corps.Responsibilities

Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.The Financial Sustainability Analyst plays a key role in providing analysis and support related to the office's mandates, focusing on areas such as costing and health and finance systems. This role involves offering technical assistance, strategic support, and capacity building to teams in developing sustainability-related products. The analyst is responsible for drafting technical guidance and engaging in the review and analysis of policies, technical considerations, and standardized reporting related to sustainability. The analyst will be assigned to the FPS Directorate and will report to the Deputy Director. This is a full-time position.Serves as the FPS focal point for assigned analysis duties related to key office mandates, including costing and health and finance systems.Provides technical assistance, strategic support, and capacity building to PEPFAR country teams in developing sustainability-related products.Drafts technical guidance for PEPFAR country teams.Reviews and analyzes sustainability mandates within PEPFAR policies, technical considerations, COP guidance, and APR standardized reporting.Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires a combined background in health science and business, with a broad understanding of measuring and managing the financial drivers of the HIV response. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex financial and programmatic data to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications is required. Must be in good physical condition and able to travel occasionally.Education and Experience:BS/BA in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences or allied sciences or related field appropriate to the work of the position.Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant work experience.Clearance Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance.Physical Requirements:

:Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,500.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
