Nakupuna Solutions is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) to be responsible for implementing the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) - the U.S. Government initiative launched in 2003 focused on saving and improving the lives of those suffering from HIV/AIDS around the world. PEPFAR supported programs are implemented in these countries under the leadership of the Department of State and through a multitude of U.S. Government agencies, including U.S. Departments of State, Health and Human Services, Defense; the U.S. Agency for International Development; and the Peace Corps.Responsibilities

Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.The candidate will be assigned to a full-time work schedule reporting directly to the Deputy Director. As a central communication link within the department, the role requires coordinating with senior management to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position involves advising on procedural matters, managing leadership schedules, and responding to various inquiries, all while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and deadlines.Customer service, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, Analytical, Communication, Writing and Oral skills.Assists with recruitment, staffing, on/offboarding, performance management, promotion, incentive awards programs, time and attendance, and leave administration.Develops and maintains basic databases and spreadsheets to track personnel information.Provides administrative support for human resources programs and works on special projects for the directorate.Prepares communications outlining Human Resources programs, policies, and standard operating procedures.Establishes and maintains office files - hard copy and automated disk and records.Searches, assembles, and summarizes information as required from office files and documents in accordance with GHSD contract staffing requirements.Serves as the primary conduit for information from across the Section and Office.Coordinates and initiates e-mail correspondence, telephone calls, meeting notes, and action memos, and liaises between the Director, the Deputy Director, and other subordinate managers.Provides accurate, timely advice on procedures, reports, requirements, and other matters necessary to implement the Director and Deputy Director's policies, directives, and instructions.Assists in monitoring and management of teamwork flow, communication, and morale.Responds to routine and non-technical requests for information such as the status of reports, duty status of employees assigned to the section, suspense date for matters requiring compliance.Maintains calendar and schedules appointments based on knowledge of office leadership interests and commitments.Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be in good physical condition and can occasionally travel.Education and Experience:

The following are desirable levels of experience:High School Diploma/General Education Development Test required.At least 5 years of relevant experience.Clearance:

MODERATE RISK PUBLIC TRUST clearance required.Physical Requirements:

The projected compensation range for this position is $88,500.00 to $92,500.00 (annualized USD).
