Network Switch Technical ConsultantClearance Requirement:
Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.Location:
San Diego, CAEstimated Duration:
The client approximates that this project may last up to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.Required Skills:
Onsite in San Diego, CAExpert experience with configuring, implementing, and deploying Mellanox Network Switches.Master experience of Networking Infrastructure Concepts for seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Expert experience in Network Performance Optimization.
Key Activities:
Conduct an in-depth assessment of current infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware configurations, & performance metrics.Optimize configurations for performance, security, & scalability, leveraging best practices & industry standards.Develop a roadmap for integrating Mellanox switching technologies in the customer environment.Implement necessary technologies to prioritize critical applications and workloads.Provide knowledge transfer sessions to empower Customer IT staff with the skills & expertise needed to manage & maintain Mellanox Switching environments effectively.Fine-tune Mellanox switching configurations to maximize throughput, reduce latency, & enhance overall network performance.
