Summary
The MIL Corporation
seeks a
Business Analysis, Senior Associate (G-Invoicing)
to support a Federal Government client on site in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Write for government review new inbound/outbound GT&C reimbursable support agreements and single order reimbursables in the G-Invoicing system and front-end client tools.
Enter, review and modify support agreements in the G-Invoicing system and other client tools.
Develop and maintain agreement templates for different agreement types.
Support external and internal trading partner meetings and interactions (briefings, meeting materials, meeting minutes, memorandums of understanding (MOUs)/memorandums of agreement (MOAs)).
Create and maintain documentation for an overview of the G-Invoicing program and agreement creation in the front-end system.
Provide comprehensive audit support that will include but not be limited to the tracking of Prepared By Client (PBC) audit requests, collecting and consolidating applicable evidential matter, uploading applicable evidential matter to the tracking tool.
Track metrics related to internal and external agreements.
Participate in requirements, testing, and change management for the G-Invoicing program.
Required Qualifications
Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college/university with major/concentration in a relevant field including but not limited to:
Accounting/Finance
Engineering
Mathematics/Actuarial sciences
Real Estate
Communications
Environmental Science
Government and Public Administration
Experience of ten or more years in one of the following but not limited to:
Business Strategy
Transformational Change Management
Human Resources
Business Process re-engineering
Project Management
Process Improvement
Property, Plant, and Equipment
Heritage Assets
Environmental Liabilities
Actuarial sciences
Imputed costs
Data analysis
Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with Federal Government.
Experience with DOD or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
CPA or CGFM certification.
Education
BA/BS in relevant field listed above.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
