SQLResponsibilities include the following aspects of our email marketing programs:Campaign design of automated and one-time programsCampaign build and executionCampaign results analysis and fulfillment file deliveryKey activities of this position span the following areas:Campaign Design and Strategy (10%):- Consult with the Optimization team to confirm and finalize marketing campaign requirements.- Determine data sources required to meet campaign specifications.- Translate marketing campaign requirements into campaign targeting/selection rules.Campaign Build and Execution (80%):- Finalize campaign requirements with Optimization team.- Receive and QA any external data files (e.g., line of business files).- Build campaigns in IBM Campaign (aka Unica Affinium).- QA campaign build.- Provide waterfall reports and sample records.- Execute campaigns ensuring 100% error-free work.- Troubleshoot any potential campaign issues.Campaign Results Analysis (10%):- Support ad hoc campaign performance analyses with Optimization team.- Work with the Optimization team and email vendor to resolve any data issues.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in database marketing, marketing analytics, and/or data mining.Strong experience understanding data structures and analyzing data from a business perspective.3+ years experience working with an automated campaign management application; ideally IBM Campaign (aka Unica Affinium).3+ years of SQL and with extracting and manipulating large datasets for analysis purposes.Demonstrated Campaign management experience working with non-technical marketing professionals.Ability to translate between the business and technical communities.Equal Opportunity Employer
