We are currently seeking a Security and Privacy Compliance Lead (Policy) to support our National Science Foundation (NSF) customer. Place of Performance:

Not Required Key Responsibilities: Provide technical knowledge and management of cybersecurity policy analyst Manage the review and development of policies, procedures, directives, regulations, and deliverables instructed by federal client Provide guidance and support to improve processes and privacy team’s effectiveness. Required Skills: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security and Security Operations IASAE Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification) Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environments Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projects Preferred Skills: Technical knowledge of cloud service analysis, FedRAMP compliance, security assessment and monitoring, assessment, and authorization Experience developing privacy training content Experience developing systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures Familiarity with the NIST Privacy Framework Compensation: Excellent compensation commensurate with experience in related field(s) and performance Major medical, dental and vision Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k and company matching EEO/ AA/ NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT:
