Not RequiredKey Responsibilities:Provide technical knowledge and management of cybersecurity policy analystManage the review and development of policies, procedures, directives, regulations, and deliverables instructed by federal clientProvide guidance and support to improve processes and privacy team’s effectiveness.Required Skills:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security and Security OperationsIASAE Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification)Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environmentsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldUnderstanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controlsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projectsPreferred Skills:Technical knowledge of cloud service analysis, FedRAMP compliance, security assessment and monitoring, assessment, and authorizationExperience developing privacy training contentExperience developing systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery proceduresFamiliarity with the NIST Privacy FrameworkCompensation:Excellent compensation commensurate with experience in related field(s) and performanceMajor medical, dental and visionPaid holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO) 401k and company matchingEEO/ AA/ NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT:
