We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our National Science Foundation (NSF) customer.Place of Performance : Alexandria, VAStart Date : Contingent on contract awardClearance : Top SecretKey Responsibilities :Responsible for the overall direction of the programServe as Liaison between the contract, subcontract, and governmentAccountable for ensuring contract deliverables are submitted on time and within established quality criteriaAccountable for all staff performance and performance-related issuesProvides strategic, expert advice and consultation on program activities to ensure efficient implementation of internal processes and proceduresManages short- and long-term organizational goals. Monitors and evaluates staff and program effectivenessRequired Skills :Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security and Program ManagementIASAE Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification) and PMPExperience in deploying secure systems in government or military environmentsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of NIST security controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controlsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projectsPreferred Skills :Experience leading an Enterprise-wide program with departmental stakeholdersAbility to develop and implement a security program that align with strategic initiatives and emerging technologiesCompensation:Excellent compensation commensurate with experience in related field(s) and performanceMajor medical, dental and visionPaid holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO) 401k and company matching
