This role will be well versed in the value proposition of the health plan, Medicare Advantage product portfolio, and all compliance requirements for these activities.This position will work to develop a year-round approach to provider engagement, with a high-touch service model and work closely with the field sales executives to raise awareness and generate leads for our field sales team. This is a highly visible position and will routinely interact with Senior Leadership centrally at the MGB, as well as physician practices, community hospitals, and at MGB’s Academic Medical Centers (AMCs). This role will be a key voice for the provider community for the Medicare Advantage business line.Responsibilities:Strategic Provider Relationship ManagementProactive approach to relationshipsCreating an annual plan for engagement across all network providersSupport field sales executivesHelp develop value proposition for Med Adv providers and support the delivery within the organizationAnnual AEP workplanLead provider communications workstream within the planDevelopment of new communications and working closely with marketing and complianceWork closely with other identified partners to help facilitate new ways of presenting and communicating Med Adv products in the marketWith IT support, develop CRM capabilities to track and manage provider relationships and contact information in a more automated wayDevelop strategic communications plan for providers that leverages technology and automationProvide sales leadership with reporting on progressOtherHold self and others accountable to meet commitmentsEnsure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated as a guiding principlePersist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that ariseBuild strong relationships and infrastructures that designate Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a people-first organizationOther duties as assigned with or without accommodationQualifications:7-10 years of healthcare industry experience, with increasing responsibilities and autonomy.
