Raisers Edge Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Raiser's Edge Specialist to join a fundraising and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data integrity, and providing critical support for fundraising activities. This role is crucial in helping the organization achieve its mission by leveraging data to drive donor engagement and enhance fundraising efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Raiser's Edge database, including data entry, updates, and overall integrityCreate and manage queries, exports, and reports to support fundraising campaigns and donor outreach effortsOversee the processing and acknowledgment of all donations, ensuring timely and accurate donor recognitionDevelop and implement data management protocols, including regular data cleaning and de-duplicationProvide training and support to staff on best practices for using Raiser's EdgeWork closely with the development team to segment donor lists and identify potential major gift prospectsAssist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns by providing data-driven insightsGenerate and analyze fundraising reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify trendsEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to donor data managementCollaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Raiser's Edge with other systems and platforms as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience working with Raiser's Edge, including database management and reportingStrong understanding of fundraising and donor management practicesProficiency in using Raiser's Edge query, export, and reporting toolsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Raiser's Edge NXT is a plusFamiliarity with nonprofit fundraising strategies and goalsWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impactCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and inclusive work environment
