About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic

IT Recruiter

to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. If you're passionate about IT and have a knack for identifying top talent, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making offers and conducting orientations.

Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes:

Handle exit interviews and manage changes in employee status to ensure smooth transitions.

Utilize extensive experience and judgment:

Apply your deep knowledge of IT and recruitment to plan and achieve goals, relying on your judgment to navigate complex situations.

Lead and direct others:

Oversee and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree:

A relevant degree is preferred, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to the field.

8+ years of experience:

Extensive experience in IT recruitment or a related area, showcasing your ability to handle complex recruiting needs.

Familiarity with IT concepts and practices:

A solid understanding of IT technology, skillsets, and industry trends to effectively evaluate candidates.

Creativity and latitude:

A wide degree of creativity and autonomy in your approach to recruiting, with the ability to develop innovative strategies.

Additional Requirements:

Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

Advanced IT certifications:

Additional certifications in IT or HR could be a plus.

Experience with specialized IT roles:

Experience recruiting for niche IT positions or emerging technologies.

Strong network in the IT community:

A well-established network that can aid in sourcing and attracting top IT talent.
