This is an excellent opportunity to support and grow a multi-billion dollar written premium book of business.The focus for this role is Massachusetts.Responsible for strategic vision of state growth and profitability.Overlook the state business health and take appropriate actions.Leads the continuous improvement of data & analytics to enhance pricing and underwriting.Collaborates with other departments to execute state strategies.Leads the strategy and execution of state pricing, underwriting, forms and regulatory filings.Managing a team.Education:

Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred.Experience:

9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years.Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Three or more years of supervisory/managerial experience. Expertise in personal lines essential.
