Our work environment is collaborative, respectful, and inclusive with a focus on building allyship and a culture of belonging that empowers all team members.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate business process analyses and needs assessments with Diverse Donor business initiatives, focusing on the Latino Engagement Initiative, and improve processes by understanding and controlling variation.Review proposals for process improvement and gap analyses between current processes and the desired state, design new processes and lead transition planning for Diverse Donor and Product Specialty Initiatives.Contribute to the business unit process plan and integrate it with the corporate plan for Diverse Donor Recruitment. Collaborate with cross-department teams as needed for integration into execution.Contribute to large, complex projects as a core team member on Diverse Donor Initiatives, requiring subject matter expertise in multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools.Monitor system performance and program specifications for Diverse Donor Recruitment, supporting the development of performance metrics and job descriptions to ensure high performance in recruitment.Participate in continuous review and updates to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions.Serve as senior advisor and participant in planning and prioritization on core team for Donor Diversity Initiatives.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Six sigma certification preferred.Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience required. Experience working with the Latino and Hispanic community preferred.Skills & Abilities: High level of understanding of the organization’s business systems and processes. Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition. Experience engaging diverse communities is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Applications. Ability to work on a team.Travel: Quarterly travel as needed.The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 / annually.This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed.Benefits For YouWe take care of you, while you take care of others.
