Collaborates cross functionally on strategies to increase blood donations and donor engagement from the Latino and Hispanic community to help ensure we have a stable blood supply from diverse donors with a specific focus on these communities. This person will increase awareness, engagement, education and support to the field in our Latino/Hispanic initiative and must be action and solution oriented, focused on plan development, traveling to regions to work with RDSEs and DRD on development of plans to achieve diverse donor goals.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate business process analyses, needs assessments.Work cross functionally to support product strategies with a close connection to donor recruitment teams.Contribute to large, complex projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools.Develop annual diverse blood donor goal setting strategies.Collaborate closely with all lines of business, including national partnerships, donor marketing, sponsor marketing, product development and implementation directors as well as recruitment process & training teams.This position is remote, work from home and can be based anywhere in the continental United States.Some travel will be required.Salary:
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000.What You Need To SucceedEducation: 4-year college degree in Business, engineering, or related field.Experience: 7 to 10 years.Skills and Abilities:Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent stakeholder management and communication across multiple levels for a highly visible role.Cross-functional project leadership skills.Demonstrate experience in strategic planning and analytics.Experience in donor recruitment (DRD), a plus.Experience or expertise working with the Latino community.Strong interest in building strategies based on the voice of the customer and relevant transferable skills are essential.What Will Give You The Competitive EdgePublic Speaking experience.Proven relationship manager.Connection with diverse community groups.Fluent Spanish speaking.Physical RequirementsPhysical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions.
