And we're only getting started.Technical Program Manager (TPM)

is an integral part of the engineering organization and the connective issues across all fabrics (Eng, PM, UX, Doc, Support, Field Engineering, Sales, Legal, Security, Privacy, DevRel, etc.) of the company to define repeatable processes and drive execution velocity. TPMs lead teams to navigate through ambiguity, pin down problems, define requirements, find solutions, rally stakeholders, identify risks, manage constraints, communicate status, remove blockers, launch products, measure KPIs, and celebrate successes.As a TPM in Databricks Serverless, you will have the opportunities to work across the entire Databricks infrastructure stacks and product lines, driving quality, efficiency, reliability, performance, and scalability of Databricks’ Serverless offerings.You will report directly to the Director Technical Program Management.What we look for:5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure. Proven track record of managing large-scale complex projects.Strong technical skills and understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and core infrastructure components. Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience guiding cross-functional teams. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.Local Pay Range:
