Description
Our client, a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a dynamic litigation practice, is seeking a junior associate for their Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling, particularly advising early and mid-stage start-up companies on a variety of employment law issues such as wage/hour, terminations, reductions in force, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, and worker classification assessments. Strong litigation skills and a good command of California state and local employment laws are essential. Candidates must have California bar membership and a business-minded approach to problem-solving.
