The Manager, Compensation will be a key member of the Compensation Team and be responsible for providing compensation expertise and analytics. The role partners with HR, finance, business leaders, legal, and the global Compensation Team to provide analyses, recommendations, and guidance regarding compensation program development and implementation. Develops, communicates, and administers compensation policies, processes, and programs. Assures compliance with company policies and government regulations through audits and reporting. Conducts research and analysis in the compensation area. Manages incentive plan effectiveness and quarterly calculations for payment.What you'll do

Partners to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs.Conducts regular benchmarking and market analysis to remain current with industry trends ensuring competitive compensation practices.Performs complex data analysis providing data-driven recommendations optimizing compensation programs and addressing any areas for improvement.Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, the HR Systems Team, Finance, Legal, and others as appropriate to provide consultative guidance on compensation-related matters, including but not limited to promotions, job evaluations, and compensation best practices ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.Leads the annual compensation planning cycle along with merit budget planning, ad hoc market analysis, benchmark studies, and job evaluations for the organization.Partners with regional colleagues providing governance oversight. Collaborates and partners with HR, Finance, and/or Legal on a variety of timely and accurate compensation data analysis and/or reporting.Designs and manages quarterly and annual incentive plan design, calculation, and payment. Manages any associated plan documentation and communications.Leads and directs the work of a Senior Compensation Analyst.Additionally, manages third-party survey vendor relationships and any associated contracted projects.Other duties and projects as assigned.You'll be successful if you have

Strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while remaining highly organized.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented - attention to detail and knowledge of compensation laws will be critical in maintaining compliance.Strong interpersonal skills along with verbal and written communications skills.Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.SuccessMatters or other HRMS system knowledge, Microsoft Office Applications.Required Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.7+ years Compensation or related experience.COMPANY OVERVIEW:
