Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial AnalystSUMMARYThis position is responsible for the overall support of the Global Finance team. Support includes financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, invoice tracking, and special projects as needed. This position will work closely with the local management team and across the company. The position will report to the US-based GAO Financial Controller.Job Responsibilities include:Monthly/Quarterly close activities (PO analysis & accruals, journal vouchers)Actual and forecast analysis and reporting, including spending, headcountAnnual budget and strategic plan supportAnnual Fixed Asset AuditRegular review of expenses, forecast with Legal managementBSR Review - account reconciliationsEnsure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controlsAd hoc research and analysis as needed by local management team and division controller.Other duties could include:Local statutory support, including audits from local authorities and local financial reportingM&A supportPosition/Skill Requirements:Strong Analytical & Excel skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently & with international teamExperience Requirement:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance/AccountingEducation Requirement:BS degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA Preferred.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000.
