Responsibilities:

Must manage contract resources across all phases of planning, requirements elicitation, development, testing, and deployment to achieve successful performance of all project tasks.

Must provide oversight and direction to the technical team, establishes schedules, and meets deadlines. Must be responsible for contract deliverables and reporting.

Education, Degrees, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of experience managing IT development and O&M projects using agile solutions delivery.

2+ years of experience successfully delivering DevSecOps platforms/frameworks demonstrating in-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, security, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, SonarQube, and JIRA.

Must have PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
