And, we’re just getting started.How You Will Make an ImpactFrida is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Finance team based in Miami. Reporting to the VP of Brand Finance, the selected candidate will support financial strategy, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and planning related to our various brands and businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include:Work cross-functionally on projects and initiatives that shape strategy and drive sustainable growth through financial tracking, reporting, analysis, and thought partnershipPartner with Brand, Operations & Product Development teams throughout the new product development processPartner with brand and category teams to develop strategy for pricing and portfolio optimization, lead a healthy P&L, and perform general financial analysisLead the in-store merchandising/display process for Finance from end-to-end to drive cost efficiency while delivering a positive Net Sales and EBITDA Contribution ROIParticipate in annual budget process and quarterly latest estimate updatesParticipate in monthly Budget vs. Actual reviews with department heads to ensure effective expense managementPerform and present ad hoc financial analysis as neededPrepare materials and commentary for Board of Directors and Senior LeadershipWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field2+ years of related experienceExtensive excel and analytical backgroundAbility to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities changeExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailA self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWho You Will Work WithFrida is an organization that values collaboration and community.
