A law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. They will manage a caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload efficiently.Provide legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration.Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for effective case management.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to insurance defense.Requirements:

2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.Admission to the Kansas State Bar.Track record of handling insurance defense cases successfully.Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures.Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active membership and good standing with the Kansas State Bar.Skills:
