The Firm is on the lookout for a Corporate Counsel to become an integral part of our legal team.As a Corporate Counsel, you'll be supporting our various infrastructure products that focus on renewables (primarily wind and solar) as well as public-private partnerships, diving into asset management, transactional matters, and advising on real estate transactions. Dive deep into the development, financing, acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of energy and infrastructure projects.Craft, review, and negotiate a variety of documents, from term sheets to power purchase agreements, and supervise outside counsel when needed.Tackle the complexities of negotiating commercial agreements and managing standard business agreements.Support the legal department’s knowledge management initiatives and contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures.Ad hoc projects as assigned.Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of legal experience, specializing in energy transactions, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate law. If you thrive in a professional environment where leadership and a strong work ethic are essential, this is the long-term growth opportunity you've been searching for.J.D. from an accredited law school with admission in good standing to at least one state bar (Illinois preferred).3+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, project finance, and/or M&A at a top-tier law firm or in-house with a mid-sized or large company.Proven track record of independently handling energy and infrastructure transactions.Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills are a must.Additional Desired Qualities:
