A law firm in Stamford, CT, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to represent and counsel clients on their legal rights and obligations. The successful candidate will have experience negotiating and settling personal injury cases, with a proven ability to handle cases effectively from initial review through settlement or trial. This role involves working closely with clients and staff, adhering to legal guidelines, and contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.Duties:

Represent and counsel clients on their legal rights and obligations related to personal injury claims.Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information to build strong legal strategies.Ensure adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements, recognizing and managing critical deadlines.Negotiate zealously to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts for clients.Provide outstanding client service with a focus on professionalism and ethical conduct.Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff members.Adhere to the firm’s operating procedures and management guidelines.Actively practice the firm’s core values: championing others, being innovative, and holding oneself accountable.Work primarily at the Milford location, with occasional travel to other CT offices or courts as needed.Requirements:

Admission to the Connecticut Bar in good standing.Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases is required; trial experience is a plus.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people.Proven capacity to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to balance independent work with effective collaboration with others.Proactive, results-focused work ethic.Education & Certifications:

J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.Admitted to practice in Connecticut (CT Bar).Skills:

Extensive experience in negotiating and settling personal injury cases.Strong legal analysis and case evaluation capabilities.Excellent client service skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.Ability to manage case timelines, deadlines, and complex case details.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing a high caseload efficiently.Strong commitment to the firm's values and operating procedures.Job Location:
