Director of Continuous Improvement Global

The Global CI Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy across the organization. This includes driving improvement of manufacturing performance, implementing Lean Six Sigma culture, and managing the CI project management office.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a global continuous improvement strategy ·Drive improvement of our MFG performance by developing standard processes and good practices for all sites and animating the network to deploy them.Controlling/ governance of implementationImplement Lean Six Sigma culture across the organizationManage the CI project management officeAddress knowledge management in operations to create synergiesHire and develop talent for Site CI Managers and Green/Black BeltsWork with cross-functional teams to drive business plans and achieve resultsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or related field ·Deep experience in driving and sustaining profitable growth through continuous improvementDemonstrated experience leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives ·Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills in a matrixed environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEntrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer focus and team orientation
