This role has the potential to earn $500,000 in the first year based on gross income from subscriptions. This is a contract-to-hire position, starting as a 1099 for three (3) months, transitioning to a W2 employee upon a successful performance review. Sales Professional We Are Looking For A sales professional with a natural drive and a desire to accommodate our customers and meeting sponsors. A person who works diligently in a systematic fashion. Integrity and drive are the two key features we look for. Why would sales professionals consider working for this company? $500,000 potential with just five (5) commitments from qualified meeting sponsors per month. Incentives include a $50,000 bonus after fifty (50) meeting sponsor signups with a minimum of 5,000 subscribers each, paid within 30 days of the qualifying sale. JOB DESCRIPTION PoliticalMeetings.com seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead market initiatives within your state. The role requires a highly motivated and energetic expert who can effectively communicate how our free service benefits meeting sponsors by increasing attendance, donations, and votes. In this role, you will identify and analyze business opportunities, develop, and implement subscriber pursuit strategies in targeted markets. This position reports to the Head of Operations, who will provide overall direction regarding priorities, business development strategy support, and performance feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and connect with industry leaders regarding their communications and club or campaign participation needs. Build and maintain a pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets. Engage in daily activities, including calls, social networking, presentations, and demonstrations. Consult with meeting sponsors regarding onboarding options. Expand service offerings within accounts. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience. Experience in using CRM systems. Proven solution-oriented, consultative-driven business development experience. Ability to engage C-level executives of political party offices and organizations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong critical thinking, research, and analysis capability. Proven ability to conduct remote presentations. Position may require up to 25% domestic travel within your territory.
