The SEO Account Supervisor leads larger relationships and a team of SEO managers for a client or group of brands to ensure the best campaign strategy and execution. You will report to the SEO Associate Director.Responsibilities
In-depth understanding of digital marketing and search as a wholeKnowledge of SEO and search industry trends/current best practicesBasic knowledge of all media categories (Planning, SEM, Media, Technology)Basic understanding of SEO performance monitoring toolsProficient project management skillsCan identify new ways to evolve strategic SEO approach and processesLead strategic approach of SEO campaignsHelp to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by working with team members to craft holistic plans and reportsRecommend specific SEO deliverables and provide SEO campaigns that align with client goalsCorrelate campaign dependencies to other media or development initiativesMonitor competitive landscape and communicate campaign impactOversee high value brands and category level strategiesLead executive level reporting efforts and initiatives with a storytelling abilitySupervise and lead delegation of workload to Associates or ManagersLead internal discussions regarding media recommendationsKnowledge of the role, strengths and weaknesses of a variety of media channelsLead internal and external discussions in all media topicsKeep all teams up to date on status of projects verbally or in writingSolve problems and improve processes and efficienciesBuild relationships, lead and communicate across all partnersShow accountability for team’s workBuild trusting relationships with client counterparts as the daily contactGuide clients through search programs, how they are related to measurements, and ensure continued search performance growthAble to answer search questions and propose new growth opportunities when it makes senseAble to connect SEO to other marketing objectives and overall client objectivesQualifications
Adherence to agency proceduresKnowledge of SEO performance monitoring and auditing toolsExhibits IntegrityExhibits Self Development and Self AwarenessBachelor’s degree required.3-5 Years of significant and progressive advertising agency experience with hands-on SEO exposureAdditional Information
