We currently have an opening for a Staff Accountant - Bank Reconciliation Specialist.This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Knowledge of basics - making accounting journal entries (debits and credits)Cash deposits and cash transfer entriesBalance Sheet account reconciliationsEnter invoices from vendors into the accounting system and other systemsCredit card reconciliationMonitor client accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Familiar with A/R.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesProvide supporting documentation for auditsBank ReconciliationsComplete ad-hoc analysis requests quickly while maintaining integrity and accuracy of dataWhat You'll Need:
Either obtained or seeking an Accounting degree or has equivalent job experienceAbility to stay organized and prioritize tasksConfidentialityProficient with Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in using Excel; vlook-up, sumif and pivot functionsAbility to meet deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessaryPreferred: Minimum one to three years of experience in AccountingPreferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higherWhat You'll Enjoy:
