Overview:

The ideal candidate will have real estate experience and will play a vital role in managing the financial records and transactions of the real estate operations.Responsibilities include:Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records for multiple real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records for all in-house property management operations (Construction, Maintenance, Tenant Placement, etc.).Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property owners, investors, and management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Skills required:Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reconciliation.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, property owners, and external stakeholders.The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Organizational and time management skills.Requirements:Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a focus on real estate accounting a must.Proficiency in accounting software and property management software a must.Salary:Starting at $80,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
