Summary:The

E-Sales Manager

will play a crucial role in driving online sales and expanding our digital presence. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a strong understanding of automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage various online platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales.Responsibilities:Utilize various online platforms, social media, and dealership websites to generate high-quality leads.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to establish rapport and set appointments for showroom visits.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies.Monitor and optimize online advertisements to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.Provide exceptional customer service to online leads, guiding them through the car-buying process and addressing any concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of available vehicles.Work closely with the sales team to transition online leads into showroom appointments and sales.Update and maintain accurate customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online sales strategies.3+ years of previous e-Sales Manager experience in an automotive dealership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.Compensation (Salary plus commission + bonus)OTE (On Target Earnings): $120,000+ / yearBased on KPI attainment CSI, Lease Retention, Appointments shown*The E-Sales Manager position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base salary compensation of six-thousand dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of appointments shown, Lease Retention, and KPI Attainment achieved from $0.00 (if goals are missed) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.*
