Our client is supporting multiple lines of business within the Investment Division along with the systems people at the corporate level; we are looking for professionals that have business domain systems knowledge in the Investments/Asset Management Arena.Nice to Haves:Experience using iterative/agile/RUP methodologiesGeneral Responsibilities:Proven ability to deliver successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project success criteria and team goalsEnsures high quality business requirements; including being able to document in various formats including BRD, Data Mapping Spreadsheets, User Cases, User StoriesPresentations to senior management, project team members and steering committeesAbility to ensure a heavy level of collaboration with Information Services partners, for example: Quality Assurance, Development, to ensure successful, quick deliveryAbility to identify raise key risks, issues and dependenciesComplex stakeholder managementThe ability to formulate and manage Business Analysis work plans and Business Analysts; You will assume the role of senior advisor, teacher, mentor and expert to more junior members of the organizationAble to contribute to our team’s and organization's continuous improvementEnsures adherence to our project methodologies and Business Unit strategies; familiarity with Agile SCRUM and RUP/iterative developmentAbility to prepare and present strategic plans for developing large-scale systemsProcess modelling and analysis skills including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysisEqual Opportunity Employer
