Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including identifying potential hires, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.Utilize various platforms such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to source candidates.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the qualifications required for each role.Enhance candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our company.Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting and suggest improvements to current processes.Support the onboarding and training processes for selected candidates.Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.Fluent in English.
