Gambier, OHKenyon College, a highly selective, nationally ranked liberal arts college in central Ohio, invites applications for a Tenure Track position in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning in July of 2025.The Kenyon College Department of Economics invites economists with teaching and research interests in macroeconomics and/or monetary economics to apply for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level. Special consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate an interest in economic history.Qualifications for the position include:PhD in hand no later than July 31, 2025A demonstrated interest in teaching undergraduatesA promising research agenda in macro/money and/or economic historyA commitment to creating a classroom environment in which students from a variety of backgrounds can flourishThe teaching load for this position is five courses per year. (3 courses in the fall, 2 in the spring or vice versa)Kenyon faculty are expected to be active scholars in addition to high-quality teachers: a successful candidate will receive generous institutional support for their academic research program.
