The
Sales Contracts Specialist II
must have at least 5+ years of experience.Responsibilities:Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard sales contracts for Public Health and DOD.Create Quotes and prepare a high volume of administrative documents.Prepare and or participate in the preparation of sales proposals, agreements and related documents including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and cross-divisional customer contracts.Draft contract provisions and Redline various Government and Public Health Agreements and documents.Coordinate review and input from appropriate business functions and cross-functional teams as needed to complete contracting documents.Education:
High school Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience.Relocation:
This position will not cover relocation expenses.Travel:
