The primary work site for this location is in Grand Rapids. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team. Collects and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with and as delineated by the RN or Provider. High School Diploma or equivalent.2 years of relevant experience in Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience

Preferred .2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Care

Preferred .CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association within 90 days
