Are you comfortable managing competing demands, accepting constructive feedback, and adaptable to changing business requirements? If so, you could support a broad customer base in a highly complex technical environment.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR Masters and 8+ years' relevant experience. Will consider 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience.Demonstrated experience as a consultant/advisor to hiring managers or clients to drive business results and influence change.Proven experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers, physicists, scientists, or other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) related positions.Ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies, and user groups.Ability and willingness to support occasional travel/on-site events.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting cleared (Secret and above) engineering talent in cyber, intelligence, engineering or other technical domains.Background in agency recruiting.Familiarity with skill requirements for DoD customers.Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday or Taleo.Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research.Active participant in social, digital and/or other alternative sourcing techniques.Salary Range:

$99,900 - $149,900The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
