The Marketing Manager (Sr.) is responsible for two major roles:1. Omnichannel Manager (Ranking A - fully self-managed responsibility).2. Delivering through the Marketing teams such as Brand, Product, Trade MKT... as a Senior Manager (Ranking least B).The Marketing Manager establishes, builds and leads all marketing functions from marketing strategy and brand storytelling to the shopping experience and customer contact strategy. The position is responsible for designing and facilitating the process for short and mid-term strategic planning, divisional budget planning, vendor management for Brand Management, Consumer Marketing and has knowledge of Trade Marketing.Furthermore, this position also takes on the responsibilities of Omnichannel and Digital Marketing Manager, which requires the ability to build, deploy, and evaluate strategies effectively, as well as implement detailed items for Omnichannel and Digital strategy.KRA 1: Omnichannel Development and Management (Ranking A)
Responsible for implementing the full scope of work of Omnichannel and Digital Marketing Manager (strategy, execution, operation, monitoring... from overview to detail of all items).Create an interconnected ecosystem that JBVN enables to deliver a consistent and personalized experience to customers across multiple channels (a robust infrastructure: online platforms, apps, social media, call centers, stores...), leading to increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.Omnichannel Infrastructure Establishment and DevelopmentOmnichannel Sales and Brand-Building Strategy Development (Dine-In, Take-Away, Internal and External Delivery, Others NBC)Digital ManagementKRA 2: Marketing Strategy Development

1. Experience
At least 15 years of working experience in the marketing field, including 5 years working in the Retail/QSR/FnB industry at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in Omnichannel setting up and development.Well-versed in all aspects of offline and online marketing, brand/digital/omnichannel marketing strategies/tactics in the QSR/Retail industry.Ability to strategize and execute detailed work items.Fluent in English.Have experience managing a multi-member team: Brand, Product, Trade MKT…2. Certification
CMO/Digital Marketing/SEO/SEM/Content Marketing/Google Analytics…3. Essential Traits
Be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and collaborate closely with multiple business units.Project management skill.
