A highly successful full-service firm is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial
Civil/Business Litigation Associate .Responsibilities:Collaborate with Senior Associates and Partners on a wide range of civil/business litigation matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Depose witnesses, prepare clients for hearings, and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications:J.D. degree and admission to the California Bar.3+ years of experience in civil/business litigation.Strong analytical and legal writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in legal research and case management software.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high volume of work.A passion for employment law and a desire to build a successful practice.Benefits:$115,000 - $165,000 base salary + bonuses based on billable hour benchmarks paid quarterly beginning at 1,600 hours.Discretionary bonus.Health Insurance.Dental Insurance.Vision Insurance.Disability - Short / Long.Paid Time Off.Tuition Reimbursement.Life Insurance.401k - 4% match.Salary Range:
