The Platform Procurement Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the “Right Vendor for Right Product”, “Time to Market with Right Cost”, “Spec Change Management”, and “Vendor Management”. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Platform Procurement.What You Will DoResponsible for Vendor Management, including contract management, cost and fulfillment management, and capacity management.Responsible for New Product Development schedule, focusing on achieving business goals.Responsible for vendor partnerships, engaging with vendors in a professional model for long-term growth.Play a key role in developing processes and contributing efforts for internal organization to ensure ZT products meet Time to Market and Right Cost.Play a key role in sourcing strategy and management.What You BringMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college.Expertise with MS Office applications, especially Excel.Professional ability to initiate and lead new engagement with vendors.Professional ability in data management, analysis, and presentation skills.Professional ability in conflict management to lead internal processes to support the greater good.Professional ability in mentoring teammates and internal organization where applicable.Track record of utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes.Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.Bilingual in English & Mandarin is desirable.About ZT Systems
