We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing payroll operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. A strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is essential. Candidates must be comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to the evolving needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities :Oversee payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now to ensure timely and accurate processingAssist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsConduct general ledger accounting activities such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processesPerform general ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrityAssist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecastsOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsEnsure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standardsPrepare and submit required regulatory reportsAssist in implementing and maintaining internal controlsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-makingQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceProven expertise with ADP Workforce Now is a mustDemonstrated experience in corporate accounting or a related fieldStrong knowledge of IFRS and other accounting principlesProficiency in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeepingExperience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesExcellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentBenefits :Competitive compensation packages401(k)Bonus opportunitiesDental, health, vision, and life insurancePaid sick time and paid time offProfessional development opportunitiesApply Now : If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and accounting, and you meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
