As a collaborative and data-driven team member, you will contribute to the success equation at Target by delivering consistent and actionable insights and innovative solutions.Key Job AccountabilitiesDevelops a deep understanding of Target KPI’s (Traffic, $PSPW, Stock, Digital Penetration, etc.) that contribute to the success equation at Target.Delivers the reoccurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) commercial sales analysis for the Skincare business. Leverages cross-functional teams and tools to maximize automation and efficiency.Owns the analysis of promotional events, new item performance, Hero SKU assortment, and seasonal display and moments.Maintains a strong understanding of the Brand’s positioning within the category at Target along with contributing factors to market share changes.Partners closely with Director as well as multi-functional stakeholders (Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Insights).Leverages data-driven results: Must be data-driven and have strong analytical skills. Able to diagnose and then articulate the business drainers and drivers using data.Enriches team dynamics through collaboration: Someone who is a team player and interacts effectively through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
