The Director of Marketing for TN SGEP is the day-to-day business owner responsible for overall management of the relationship between Scientific Games and the Tennessee Education Lottery. This role has responsibility for the overall marketing/sales and strategy for the lottery business as an extension of their operation. Responsibilities encompass contract compliance, strategy, delivering proposed services to the customer, P&L management of the operation, holding all personnel accountable to policies and procedures, and ensuring the site operates in alignment with the core values, mission statement, ethical guidelines, and policies of Scientific Games.This description is a summary of principal responsibilities and is not intended to include all duties which may be assigned.Job Functions:Provide top-tier customer service to the lottery management team.Work with SG RVP to develop, recommend, and execute instant product objectives using the full suite of instant products available from SG to maximize revenues for both lottery and SG.Prepare marketing/sales and financial forecasts for use in the planning of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and to assist the lottery.Define, recommend, and implement objectives in each area of operations within established budgets.Analyze market trends and potentials and collaborate with RVP and share with the lottery.Be the liaison and primary point of contact and manage all deliverables between all internal groups within SG providing services to the lottery.Oversee management and provide direction of all pieces of the business according to the contract in relation to operations, order creation and fulfillment, site maintenance, product development, and analytics.Provide financial management, reporting, and forecasting for site P&Ls and capital budgeting.Develop and evolve solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiency to maximize profitability.Ensure that the site team is meeting contractual obligations in their respective responsibilities.Ability to manage project schedules while meeting project deadlines and budgets.Responsible for overall development of all personnel and staff reporting directly or indirectly.Escalate and follow-up on all customer requests that require additional support and visibility, or affect scope outside of the local site.Ensure contract compliance.Work with the government relations team on updated state regulations and guidelines impacting business.Communication between customer and corporate business units is essential in the overall success of the operation.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong understanding of marketing and product branding.
