The Senior Product Manager in this role will be responsible for taking potential customers from the consideration phase all the way through finalizing, booking, planning and throwing a successful event. It’s a wide-ranging remit spanning Messaging, Checkout, Payments, post-booking experience and enhancements to host tools.You will identify, prioritize and systematically address the friction points holding users back, and give them the confidence and conviction they need to advance to the purchase stage. You will ensure there’s sufficient value and incentives for hosts to keep transactions on the platform, and that we have the right trust and safety measures to protect both sides of the marketplace.
