Senior Software Engineer

Loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, in the form of single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities.Day to DayLead the design, development, and maintenance of complex server-side applications using C#.Architect and implement robust and scalable back-end solutions that meet business requirements.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input for technology decisions.Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.Develop REST APIs and ensure they meet the required standards.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in C#.In-depth knowledge of databases, C# framework, and backend technologies.API testing, Integration testing and solid understanding of REST APIs.Proven experience with complex and large RDBMS databases, demonstrating a deep understanding of indexes, stored procedures, and triggers.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React is a plus.Familiarity with databases and data modeling.Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.RequirementsDatabases: MS SQL Server, MySQLAPI Formats: REST APIHealth insurance – Builders Capital pays 100% of employee medical insurance premiums.Competitive wagesPaid time off – 3 weeks a yearPaid holidays – 10 paid holidaysHealth Savings Account (HSA) – Builders Capital puts $62.50 a month into an HSA account for employee.401(k)This job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job; however, there may be additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications for this job.Construction Loan Services II LLC (Builders Capital) and its affiliates are Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employers and welcome all qualified applicants.
