Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join their nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Phoenix, Arizona, with consideration for other locations. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in real estate finance, advising lenders through all stages of financing transactions, including term sheet negotiations, documentation, closing, and ongoing advice.Expertise in construction loans, homebuilder acquisition, healthcare real estate, dealer finance, financed ground leases, bridge and mezzanine loans, EB-5 debt, syndications, forbearance arrangements, and deed-in-lieu transactions is essential.Responsibilities include:Representing clients in real estate finance transactionsDrafting and negotiating loan documentsConducting due diligenceDeveloping new business opportunitiesMinimum requirements include:Juris Doctor degreeAdmitted to practice law in ArizonaStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsInterested candidates are encouraged to apply below or confidentially reach out at
