Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate for their Minneapolis, MN office. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by real estate, with additional experience in land banking, mezzanine lending, preferred equity transactions, and other financing structures.A Juris Doctorate (JD) is required, and candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Strong research, writing skills, and a solid academic record are essential.
