Senior Financial Analyst
who will
perform core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) duties for their organization , including managing monthly processes & forecasts, performing reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad hoc requests, preparing profit & loss or other statements, building reports for higher level associates, conducting scenario planning to strategically advise senior leaders, and leading project work that stretches across all of Finance.
Contribute to the storytelling that ultimately goes to the Finance Senior Leadership team.
Build relationships with multiple leaders across Finance and strengthen your analytical skills.
Be the primary analyst who delivers insights that help drive forward their agenda while ensuring they meet their financial commitments.

Work Experience
At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis
At least 1 year of experience with financial modeling
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist in the development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences and articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams.
Collaborate with system analysts to maintain and develop system-to-house models.
Coordinate and collect input data from Financial Analysts in different departments, check data integrity, summarize and convert data, run models, verify, analyze, and communicate output data.
Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives.
Perform financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
Frequently create reports for higher-level associates.
Independently manage and prioritize workload.
Perform financial data analysis in preparing Profit & Loss or other statements.
Perform reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad-hoc requests.
Provide management and business clients with project statuses.
Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in technology or financial services.
1+ years of experience partnering with internal stakeholders.
1+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
2+ years of experience with financial modeling.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering) or military experience.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks and take full ownership of your work.
Analytical curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A skills as well as technical skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
