This role involves leading a team of project managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The EVP will play a critical role in shaping project management practices, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction for the project management division.Align project management strategies with the company’s overall business objectives.Collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in project execution.

Project Oversight:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure robust project management processes, methodologies, and best practices are in place and followed.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the project management division’s budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.Evaluate and approve project expenditures, contracts, and financial commitments.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality or timelines.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.Ensure the project management team has the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation as required.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and community partners.Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events, promoting the company’s project management capabilities and achievements.Address and resolve any issues or concerns from stakeholders related to project execution.
