Oversee Field Calendar representing cross functional initiatives ranging from product launches, franchisee and field initiatives.Collaborate with field leadership team and cross functional teams on field execution framework milestones.Oversee the FSS program including methodology, dashboard performance, franchisee communication, and field training.Responsible for all cadenced meeting templates and field tools including the franchisee management tool Appian.Ensure field facing initiatives and workstreams are managed efficiently.Point of contact for the field team to support any various needs.Qualifications:

Develop effective professional relationships with field leadership team including Regional Vice Presidents and Divisional General Managers.Lead the GM Field Council to ensure field feedback is represented with the restaurant support center cross functional teams.Conduct cross functional meetings to assess and advise on field execution framework milestones for system initiatives.Oversee Business Review process including management of template and tools.Manage the Regional Performance Meeting process which includes identifying key business priorities for the field team.Identify training opportunities for field team members and oversee field wide training initiatives.Skills:

8+ years experience in franchised businesses, operations, business, restaurants, or other related fields.Experience serving in a customer or franchisee-facing role is preferred.2-3 years of demonstrated people management experience.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
